They always take before and after measurements in these studies.
If the "after" measurements are not in the study then they had a reason not to put them in.

Vegetables were only eaten in times of severe food shortages. My machine runs best on meat.

A vegan diet is not a nutritionally dense as animal products. Its pretty common sense even b4 studies being done.

Actually plant based products do have tons of nutrition...the problem is our digestive system is not cut out to absorb those nutrients like we do on animal based products. Plant based does well with the animals that we eat so basically it's just a transfer of nutrition by way of animal product. The animal eats plant based, packing themselves with optimal nutrition then we eat the animal packed with that plant based nutrition which we digest those nutrients at a much higher rate with fat being key for most of the nutrient absorption!

Eight whole weeks. Wow. That is impressive.
How about a study comparing long term vegans to long term low carbers. At least 10 years.
The low carbers half to be under 60 carbs a day and seed oil free. Non of this counting 200 carbs as low carb, like in so many studies.
Maybe a third group of carnivores. Many long term ones now.
We will let the vegan study have a few cheapens, to help even it out.
Test Muscle mass, bone density, mental health, etc,
There was a mega study out of Europe which compared vegan diets to normal diets. It includes a few studies from Great Britain. Known for junk food.
Vegans only die a few years earlier. But they get dementia well over 10 years earlier and it progresses faster.

I can’t help but notice none of those outcomes are statistically significant, except for LDL-c. I also can’t help but notice you don’t show the actual numbers at the end of the trial for triglycerides, glucose, and insulin.

Hmmm. Could it be that LDL is more of a risk for XX? Dunno. Perhaps there is a Bro diet (ketovore?) that works for people with simplified homeone systems?

Better test, vegan vs keto/ carnivore, and test go or inflammation and mental health. That was a useless test.

One thing I encourage everyone to do. READ AND STUDY the scientific journal articles. Study the longest lived people groups and see what they do. And read countless books. Question the funding behind the research and make sure it's objective data. I took a year of my life doing this to help heal my wife YEARS back. We went plant-based and it's the best thing we ever have done for our health. I'm 53 now. Run 5 miles a day. Climb 3 nights a week and bike around 100 miles per weekend. Full of energy and happy for the first time in my life. It was the research and the numbers that proved it for me. Not all the subjective youtubers (not this channel. :) ) who have an agenda. IF you determine meat is your way. Awesome. But, PLEASE research it and find it out for yourself. It's your life and your health at stake.

"The Blue Zones"... the longest lived people groups in the world practice a primary plant-based diet. I will take my nutrition advice from actual examples of the success of a dietary trend. The book is amazing by the way.
