Tremendous space you have there mate I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a tad envious.. I live in an apartment and any time I plug in the old bag downstairs starts banging on the ceiling 😂

The only thing you are missing is a mini fridge and a microwave. Get an infinite supply of coke and hot pockets and you will never need leave your studio again.
