Python(PIL) crop an image

Cropping means to cut off, trim or extract a piece of image in image editing context. Cropping is probably one of the most commonly used image editing tasks in both mobile apps and image editing software for desktops. Image cropping leave out certain parts of the image, trim the sides/frames of images etc.
