Making Chocolate Cottage Cheese Mousse | Cottage Cheese Snack Ideas | Today, I'm sharing one of my favorite ways to get my protein in while satisfying my sweet tooth. The mousse is silky and creamy and only uses one tool to make it all come together! #cottagecheese #snackideas #chocolate
Recipe (blend all the ingredients with an immersion blender):
- 1 pint Cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder (use the good stuff!)
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Instant coffee
- Pinch of salt
