This it's not a change, this is the real him. He's finally embrecing who he really is, a good and healty man, not some crazy weirdo capable of ruinig his life for views.
You can't change who you are, but you can be the best version of yourself. If you have rage problems, for example, you don't simply stop having it and "change", you learn to control yourself.
You can't ever change, but you can be better, you can learn, you can grow up, ande remebmer, never give up on you.
