- Red Bell Pepper – 2 Medium
- Red Chillies – 3 to 5 (the more, the hotter)
- Garlic – 4 Cloves
- Lemon Juice – Juice of 2 Lemons
- Olive Oil – 1 Cup (~approx. 17 Tablespoons)
- Paprika – 2 Tablespoons
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper – 1 Tablespoon
- Dry Thyme – 1 Tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
Nandos Peri Peri Sauce Preparation:
- On a chopping board, roughly chop the red pepper, chillies, and add to a blender.
- Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Serve the Peri Peri as a chicken dipping sauce or as a marination

Green chillies missing Rosemary missing.Onion missing.
Lemon missing.
There is no thyme in the recipe also
This sauce is nothing close to the original aside from xanthan gum and PGA.
Read the label .This recipe is a joke
