I have watched SO many of these and they always scrape down the side of the patients ear wall. You did amazing! I would go to you in a heartbeat not a SINGLE time did you hit the patients ear wall with the tip of the tool. The hook tool is only wanted by those who put thier impatience in front of patient comfort!

There is a veery dangerous thing about watching these. the first is thinking you Know all about it.
second is to feel oh so superior that your ears are Not like this and finally Third is to worry OMG what is In my ear's I need to get the cleaned.

My left ear remains clogged. I have consulted so many doctors. They give different opinions : some say it has a hole, while others say no hole is there. It does not leak any liquid either. I'm suffering from this itchy and clogged year for long.
