Let's Learn English: Topic: Too Many Words! 🧳⌚🚛

In this English lesson I will teach you the one word name for many things that have more than one word in their name. It's a bit hard to explain, but did you know we normally call a remote control a remote, or refer to windshield wipers as wipers? There are many things in English that have a proper name, and then the informal everyday name.

In this English lesson you'll learn the shorter versions of: pickup truck, refrigerator, padlock, laptop computer, carry-on bag, wristwatch, eyeglasses, transport truck, and many more.
