In this English lesson I'll help you learn English words and phrases that you can use to talk about your spare time actives. All of us have things we love to do in our spare time. For Jen and I this usually happens in January and February when the farm is slow. During that time we do a lot of things that we don't do the rest of the year. I thought it would be a good idea to create an English class about the things people do when they have spare time.

In this English lesson you'll learn words and phrases like: volunteer, run for office, take up a hobby, rearrange, renovate, spruce up, get some fresh air, host, knock something of your to-do list, join a league, rest, reinvent yourself, and many more.

⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!
