I have always put sour cream in my brownies, muffins, cupcakes, cookies cakes literally it makes them so much better and moist and soft

1tsp Expresso powder
1 tbs Cocoa powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup veg oil
Mix
1tbs sour cream
1egg and 2 egg yolks
Mix
Pinch of Salt
Chocolate chips
Mix
Grease a pan and bake for 18-20 mins. He didint say for what temp 🤨 I'm guessing it's for whatever long the box says but that makes no sense coz every box is prolly diffferent

I'm in Mexico and these boxes have the instructions in English only, at least where I buy them. I find it so hysterical that your box has them in spanish only lol

Try parchment paper instead of foil. Or better yet, buy a silicone baking pan - no need for any liner.
