I have purchased this LG REFRIGERATOR ON 14/07/2022 AT SHOP HARSHA SURATHKAL MANGALORE day after delivery the freezer Outer display control panel leaking water continues i complaint to shop and also LG service centre Now one week above they are not taking any action simply avoiding my complaint because it is under warranty worst experience by LG service centre before purchasing think twice I have paid for this 51 k (i don't know English properly if any sentence mistake sorry)

Lg india has started a new vasooli gang service .my lg refrigerator thinkq purchase 15 months back.called customer service .technician arrived told me some problem with mother board took 5500 from me .installed the mother board .fridge was not getting cold .once money was transferred .there was no follow up.even my money is gone.and all my things in the fridge has spoiled and there is no response from their customer care number

I have purchase double door refrigerator same model in video 17 may 2022 from last 10 to 12 days i have noticed that the down side where we keep all the items not cooling so i register to lg customer Yesterday engineer came nd said that cooling is ok but changes temperature 19 /3 nd now there is smell coming from the lower section even our milk is not cool choclates are melting inside the section service centre engineer visited and said no problem from their side how is it possible then customer service only says give us some time for update it is almost 10 days but no response what should i do pls do something it is in warranty period how is it possible within 9 months cooling stop working

I had purchased LG REFRIGERATOR on 26/06/2022 from Shop MALHOTRA AIRCONDITIONING KANPUR UTTAR PRADESH, it's not been a complete year of the purchase and fridge stopped cooling. There after sales service is so poor that even their technicians are not able to identify the issue. We were given baseless reason that it too hot so the fridge will cool in this way only. There technicians gave all hit and trial with the product but even after two months they are unable to resolve the issue. Surprisingly, they are sending message that issue is resolved from their side, so they are closing the ticket. Starting from complaining to the customer care and escalating it to MD office to CEO office via the links they have provided to raise the complain online, none of them is coming up with a resolution that seems reasonable customer. Instead there entire team is asking us to purchase extended warranty for one year. We have already spent Rs. 65, 000 for the fridge and now they have made it as a investment on investment product for us. Please don't purchase if you are reading this. Multiple request raised since last 2 months no. RNP230613070183 and RPN230614029701, model no. H702HLHQREFG.
