Today, I’m sharing how to make the best homemade marshmallows at home all from scratch! After learning how to make these squishy marshmallows packed with flavors, you won’t be able to go back to the mass-produced ones in stores!
The ingredients and steps are simple, just keep in mind the crucial steps I mentioned in the video and you’ll have your own delicious marshmallows for you to enjoy!

INGREDIENTS FOR MARSHMALLOWS:
▪ Water: 150g (5.3 oz)
▪ Granulated sugar: 300g (10.6 oz)
▪ Corn syrup or any other basic invert sugar: 200g (7 oz)
▪ Gelatin sheet: 20g (0.7 oz) - You can use gelatin powder instead; make sure to mix with cold water ahead (For the amount of water, follow the package).
▪ Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
▪ Vanilla beans: 1 stick (or use any other flavors)
*Heat up the syrup to 115C/240F
To coat marshmallows:
▪ 1 cup of powdered sugar
▪ 1 cup of cornstarch
- Just mix them! - 1/2 cup of each might be enough for one batch of the recipe.
