Hi guys this is channel f&D in this video I'm going to show you guys how to fix "Microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable setup failed one or more issues caused the setup to fail. please fix the issues and then retry setup. 0x80240017 unspecified error" It is easy to fix it and you dont need any third pasrty software to do this
1) First go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories then find and right click windows update and select run as administrator. then click next
2) Now run command prompt ( cmd ) as ADMINISTRATOR
3) Type " net stop wuauserv " and hit enter
4) Type " net stop bits " and hit enter
5) Now go to c:\windows then find and rename software distribution folder
6) Now again run command prompt ( cmd ) as ADMINISTRATOR
7) Now type " net start wuauserv " and hit enter
8) Now type " net start bits " and hit enter
9) Now try installing microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable setup
