Someone just said this to me in regards to a grounding mat and rod I just purchased and was wondering about how to test it out... how true is this?:

The only problem that I heard about the grounding mat it not good for people who have very thin blood or bleeding disorder do you have any information on this theory. I stood outside for 10 minutes without shoes and had a nosebleed. Should I try just five minutes.
