I have had and seen and heard many toddlers that hate shoes. Toddlers constantly taking their shoes off. SMART TODDLERS.

I thank God for making the earth so perfectly, God never created us to be sick

I'm not even 10 minutes in and I feel like this explains sooo much of what I've been feeling for a while. I'm from a fairly rural area in the US, and although I'm not particularly outdoorsy, I love to interact with nature. More than that I feel a need to be connected to it in some way. Five years ago I moved to Korea, where nature is an attraction, not an experience. Aside from the cultural, and environmental changes... the biggest area where I struggle is not being able to have that freeing interaction with nature anymore. I told my tutor once that I walked in the pouring rain because it was fun, and he couldn't even imagine doing that. I've been telling my friend lately that I just need more green. My soul feels so burdened because there's no "natural nature" here. Everything is planned and maintained. I've come to believe that we treat nature as if it's here for us... but the more I'm apart from it, I feel that we are here to experience and admire nature. Anyway. I'm rambling a lot, but I've been thinking a lot about these things lately, and even if no one gains anything from reading this, it felt good to express it. :)

I woke up today and pulled my back out carrying my baby. Was laying in bed with excruciating pain and prayed for help. I clicked on this podcast and as I listened heaved myself up into the patio. I’ve been out here now for only 15 min and my back feels significantly better. Thank you.

I love grounding.
The more advanced we become, the more uncivilized we become.

i am 73. My Father used to talk about this when i was a tiny tot. We lived on a farm and it was part of my
learning anyway. He used to say feel the earth. How blessed am I that it was install in us. Breathe and stand up straight. What blessing he was to all of us.

I’m JUST now getting into grounding and holy Im 26 and was diagnosed with PMDD (a severe form of PMS). For the past four months it’s consumed me and made me almost off myself because you wake up one morning, about week before your period and you feel like a totally different person- a crazy person. I don’t want to be on birth control nor SSRIs, which are the only options given how little funding and research goes into this illness. I started looking for holistic remedies, found out about grounding, planted my feet in the ground for about 7 minutes and I swear on everything I no longer have anxiety, sui*idal thoughts, any negative thoughts. In fact, I was smiling and couldn’t stop telling my mother about this!! Very cool and very happy and hope more folks get into this 🎉

Here is my grounding story. way back when I was a teenager, I use to suffer from tonsillitis, at 19 years old, one evening my father took me to the emergency room, I couldn't even pass saliva. the Doctor gave me penicillin pills and was ok in 24 hours. That week end I went to visit my older brother, told him about my problem and he told me!!! We have 3 different temperatures in our body if they are of, the body gets sick and full of pain, he told me walk barefoot for as much time as possible and that will fix my tonsils. Took my shoes of I am 66 years old and never had any problems with my tonsils since.

I'm from NYC. And I remember as a kid me and my family took a trip to a park with a lake near by. We laid a blanket on the grass and I fell asleep. I remember waking up after about 30 minutes or so feeling so rested and super energized. I don't know why but I do know. I felt so good that I never forgot that day. I believe this whole heartedly.

I adore grounding. I pretty much live barefoot now and live on my balcony. It cured my knee pain, eased menstrual cramps, reduced headaches, made my natural unassisted home births fast, easy and lessened the pain. 100% a follower of this holistic practice.

"It's gonna be these young moms that are gonna change the world." Indeed. We are here and hungry to get back to nature and the things that truly matter.

When I was a little girl living on a farm and I would feel sick or nauseous I would go out to the backfield and lie flat on the ground looking up at the sky and within 15 or 20 minutes my nausea was gone. No one told me to do it. I never saw anyone do it. This was in the early 80's.

The ending statement is genius. " Love people, and use things, because the opposite never works." – ABSOLUTELY GREAT podcast.

Standing barefoot on my mortgage free lawn. I believe that is doing my melanoma cancer more good than going under the knife again, for "insurance". First question the surgeon asks - are you medical insured? No wonder we are sick.

Earthing is my most important practice. I do it daily. I used it when I got off psych meds and it helped me so much.

What Clint describes about the cardiologist is 100% of what's wrong with our medical system. Doctors are paid not to cure, but to TREAT. If we only paid when we were cured, all the doctors in the US would be completely broke, not some of the highest paid individuals.

I bought Clint's earthing kit for my 75 yr old mom. She had rheumatoid arthritis in her shoulders, elbows & hands. After using the grounding mats from Clint Ober's site for about a month, now she's strong enough to open her own jars, work out & has no pain. I can't explain how it works but I know it works!!! I recently posted a video of her doing push-up's with Chef Babette. Thank God for Clint's ingenious invention for indoor grounding. Peace, love & blessings ✌🏾❤️🙏🏾
