Hammy's first off property riding experience

The Hamster has been off property once before when he went to a horse show and did a confirmation class, but this was his first off property riding experience. He was wide eyed for a total of 10 minutes before settling down into what felt like chilled out 7 year old (his actual age is 3.5 years old)
Hammy learned how to stand near other horses, be ok with other horses ride up behind him, and what window shadows on the ground look like. He has also never seen other horses jump more than 2 feet before, and he didn't care.
I am thrilled. We had a great time right up until Hammy decided to take 2 hours to load into the trailer to go home - his stud brain came out and he was way more interested in the other horses on the property then getting out of the -27 degree Celsius temperature
