Hey Skylar, this might be a little technical for you, but a range of dates is not the same as "sorting" by date.

Hi Skyler- thanks for the tip. When I opened the search tools, as you suggested I saw the options to limit the search to a certain date, and I also say the option to change the sort to "sorted by date"

This is filtering the results, not sorting them.

This is a filter, not a sort.

To your credit though, you do have to use the filter before sorting becomes available. So you've got Step 1 down. Step 2 is to then change "Sorted By" to "Date."

Good for searching. However, I suggest you change the title as the "sort....by date" was what I was looking for.

Anyways, I don't think that there I a way to SORT results by date..like listing newer results first..

that's not the same thing as sorting by date, that's just using a date range.... you should remove this video as it's deliberately misleading.

This is indeed one of the more stupider titles out there... good thing google got a HUGE fine some time ago.
