How To Setup Rockshox Suspension Forks

Overview:
In this video we take a look at a basic way to set up your Rockshox suspension fork. Anything from a Recon to a Boxxer and everything in between will be able to use this app. For more complex forks with both low speed and high speed rebound, like the Pike and Lyric will have more settings suggested in the app. I am using my Rockshox 35 Gold RL fork and set it up using the Rockshox Trailhead app. I then tested it out on some jumps at Meadowlark Park and got some cool angles with my GoPro Hero 8.

As per fork manual, after setting the pressure you should compress the fork 5 times to at least 50%, then set the pressure again with the pump to the recommended level.

Just received a brand new bike with a rockshox pike select fork. When i connect the shockpump it reads nothing, whilst i’ve pumped like 5 sec ago. Anyone that knows what to do??? Its to soft as well and sag is like 30-35% let me know!
