Emily and I spent 9 days road tripping around the beautiful countries of Croatia and Slovenia. It was the perfect mix of warm weather coastlines and epic mountains. Croatia is definitely one of the most incredible places we have ever been to. Below is our itinerary.
CROATIA
Days 1-3 - DUBROVNIK
Days 4-5 - OMIS & SPLIT
Day 6 - PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK
SLOVENIA
Days 7-8 - KRANJSKA GORA
Day 9 - LJUBJANA
If you visit Croatia, renting a car is definitely the best option as there is not much of a train system there.
