follow-up to a previous video. i go through all the steps and pitfalls and show you my bathroom walls after painting. it is not as good as a pro with a drywall hopper, but very convenient for a DIY job.

Your using it the wrong way!
Mix you 5 gallons are one box put about 25% water mix well to a soup are a gravy thickness
Roll on wall with a 3/4 inch lamb skin roller cover the thickness you like thin are heavy but roll it out consistently not a big area so it don't set up to fast. Then roll it with your spaghetti roller. Hope that helps. 50 years experience

Thank you for this video. My husband and I will be attempting this instead of sand paint to match a textured wall!

Put on the mud first then use the roller, Lot faster, Use 12 -16 inch taping knife to apply even layer of mud makes fast work of applying the mud then use damp spaghetti roller for applying the pattern , Very fast doing it that way.

Looks good, thanks for the video.
Perhaps Amazon is a little different in the UK.... When searching for a spaghetti roller the results would be best suited in the kitchen.!

A textured effect as you created would suit the less than perfect ceiling we are needing to paint.

First time I've seen anyone roll "across" and not "up- down"

If I’ve already primed my hallway, would I have to prime it again if I’ve decided to go with the downtown Method?
Also, I’ve appplied mud to bathroom, primed, and painted the entire bathroom and the uneven areas are very obvious. What’s the easier way to disguise this now?

And I can roll it not get any lines and it comes out even and I don't have any bare spots but if I go over it too many times it will start to peel

Ugh! Why would anyone _willingly_ add texture to their walls and ceilings? 🙄

Looks like a DIY texture. Not professional.
