Xiaomi's ecosystem should be flawless as it was several years ago, but they started to implement untransparent geo locking. So if you buy a device and not 100% sure it's unlocked for your geo area you can't use it. And it's not written anywhere on the device. I went from being a huge xiaomi fan for many years with an open ecosystem to be heavily disappointed also receiving unwanted firmware upgrades (I turned auto firmware update off....) and now have several non working devices....

Cant connect my NEW phone to a NEW pad. Everything is according to instructions with snipers precision and it is still cant connect my phone to the hub. Im disappointed.
