BMW M3 v 600hp Nissan Silvia S15: DRAG RACE

It’s that time again… DRAG RACE TIME! We’ve got Mat’s new daily driver, the new BMW M3 Competition, going up against a tuned Nissan Silvia S15!

Think it’s pointless? Well trust us, this will be closer than you think! Starting off with Mat’s M3, it’s powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo straight-six which can produce 510hp & 650Nm. It drives the rear wheels only, and it’ll set you back about £75,000.

As for the Silvia, well it’s powered by a 2.1-litre 4 cylinder that’ll put down 600hp and 700Nm of torque. However, having bought the car for about £10,000, the owner’s spent about £65,000 on the build, so it’s also effectively cost him £75,000!

That Silvia is a beauty, I almost feel like these races should be done without launch control because it takes out the human element, every new car with launch control will beat any other car without in the drag race even with lesser specs
