In my quest for understanding, I came across a reading, that talked about, as God was assigning titles to his high ranking heavenly beings (God's vengeance, God's understanding, etc.) God was also assigning them a place under the zodiac chart. Many of these being with titles would become some of the watchers.

Angels did not create demons! As someone who spent years in the ministry of deliverance, delivering souls from demonic oppression and possession, and have interviewed many demons, the demons themselves will tell you that they in fact were Angels! They will confess that after they were kicked out of heaven that they went through a transfiguration and mutated into hideous looking beings. They have told us that they cannot stand to look at themselves!

In the ministry of deliverance (even though we can spiritually discern the difference between the type of spirits that we are dealing with) we do not care to distinguish evil spirits! To us they are all evil spirits and we just fight them and cast them out of people! We do not care what their origin is whether they were a fallen angel, and Nephilim hybrid, or human in origin! We just do warfare against them!

There is a big difference between a combat veteran and those who just read about combat in a military academy!
