10-Year-Old Son of Kansas Politician Dies On World's Tallest Water Slide

Tragedy struck at a Kansas water park over the weekend when a 10-year-old boy died while on a water slide billed as the world's tallest. Caleb Schwab died Sunday at the Schlitterbahn Water Park, where he was riding the Verr #InsideEdition

I live in Kansas and whenever I drove by there I thought it was kinda cool but then seeing what happened I now drive by there and it's just an awful reminder of this. To know the dangers of amusement parks can happen anywhere

the scary part is i went on that ride before and when other people were getting off they were complaining of neck pain which i can see because of the impact and they could of at least had regular seat belts not just velcro and it says you have to atleast be 400 pounds when my mom and cousin went the group they had didnt meet the requirment but they still let them go that ride was an accident waiting to happen

I drove by Schlitterbahn on the day I happened. It was completely empty, having no idea what happened about two hours earlier.

When my best friend was 10 years old she went to this water park. (That was about one month before this happened) She was begging her mom to let her go on this ride, but her mom wouldn't let her. I am happy her mom didn't let her go on it because she could have died on it just like this kid did 😭 RIP Caleb

I live in Kansas and my friend's older brother's friend was actually the guy who died on this water slide. It's so devastating and we miss him so.
