How to change opacity of object in viewport in Blender, to make object transparent in shading mode

Quick tutorial video to show how to change opacity of object in viewport in Blender. There are 2 ways to make object transparent in viewport, the first way we can use X Ray mode, another way we can set blender viewport shading transparent with material properties. This doesn't work in render, but only in viewport and only in certain view modes. So, not a solution.
