What to Do When Having Trouble Pulling Out or Pushing In the Handle of the Luggage (Handle)

It works for pushing down the handle when it’s stuck, but it only works when you’ve got the suitcase opened up and are actively pushing down on the little buttons. In my mind that’s not fixed.

Could not pull up handle, trying for 30 minutes, then thought to check YouTube. I pushed in pinballs and pulled up to handle no problem. Thank you so much for posting this!!

Thanks so much! Handle got stuck when I was heading to the airport. 😳 Had to go on a separate TSA line in order to get suitcase through scanner. Sitting in the airport wondering if it’s going to be a problem fitting it in the overhead compartment. Searched you tube and your video popped up. I was able to open my suitcase and unzipped lining to reach buttons on handles inside and it worked?🎉🎉🎉🎉

Its working. But problem is that if handle goes up then doesn't come down and vice versa. Please suggest
