GameTout: Star Fox and Motion Controls

The Wikipedia page has some more info (with sources) about Star Fox, such as that the game is apparently going to be delivered in an episodic format, which... I don't know how I feel about that. I don't think I like it. Guess we'll see how that turns out. I like the idea of the GamePad showing first-person cockpit controls, but you aim with the GamePad apparently while steering with the left control stick. Personally I'm hoping for alternate play methods, I mean I probably won't mind it but I know others aren't as big into it. Well, having Miyamoto at the development helm is a plus though, I suppose. Slightly related, I wish he'd make another Zelda game for us... the Zelda team's been doing superb, don't get me wrong, but I miss his touch. Just one game...

Also, much agreed about Splatoon and Yoshi's Woolly World. Splatoon looks like tons of fun, and Yoshi looks gorgeous and adorable and enjoyable. I feel the yarn concept is right at home with Yoshi, whereas it wasn't for Kirby... I didn't like Kirby's Epic Yawn. Too easy and boring, despite its charming graphics. Plus I'm tired of the games that are Kirby in name only. >_>
