HVAC AAON PM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE IS NEEDED

Pan pads for condensate pan, keeps lines clear of slime. Looks like sight glass shows low charge and frost on evap is indication. Love the song! I rarely have water damage from condensate line stoppage...I get it from condensation forming on uninsulated metal duct. But that's minimal. Air flow its all about air flow....clean anything that prevents good air flow!

Put some drain pan treatment tablets in the condensate pans, will help with the slime build up.

very low gas in the one circuit and leaking somewhere. #1 reason for freeze up and empty sight glass ;)

I think the only preventative maintenance on some of the AAONs would be to prevent the installers from installing more AAONs lmao

One of those AAON units might be low on gas it's a AAON unit they always break Geoff.
