So basically on “The scream inducing stare” clip is about a girl receiving her Ultima Muñeca (spanish) or her “last doll” (in English) because she is now hitting adulthood. And the doll is a form to remember her childhood as she gets older. Which is a spanish tradition.
And right after the head of the doll moves and stares at her, the girl holding the camera manages to notice it and says “holy sh!t” and that’s when the girl holding the doll turns around sees that the head of the doll moved, screams, and throws it to the ground.
