De-making Zelda: A Link to the Past

I know you were talking about de-makes, but I want to talk about remakes for a sec. Oracle of Seasons was a spiritual remake of the original LoZ game (similar overworld maps, same dungeon locations, maps, and bosses). That's what I'd like to see more of. Give us essentially remakes of AoL, OoA, and tMC. AoL can be done like Prince of Persia, OoA can be a 3D game where you can time travel anywhere (not just a centralized location like the Temple of Time), and tMC could be done in TWW HD cell Shaded graphics, and you can go miniature anywhere

I've mentioned this before, but this game had a Demo at CES in January of 1993 and the map in that build looked even more like this map.
Sadly, there's very little footage that's been found so far, but it's all on The Cutting Room Floor.

I strongly suspect A Link Between Worlds ALSO started life as a Link To The Past remake. Pretty funny how history repeated there.

10, 000/10, would absolutely play on the Game Boy. Link's Awakening and A Link to the Past are my two favourite Zelda games (in that order) so the two coming together would be absolutely amazing.

Kah care ico village is how I always said it. It wasn't until recently when I started playing Breath of the WIld that I had my reality shattered by someone pronouncing it kae car eeeko village. I still prefer the old way I always say it and I believe that its all a matter of localization and dialect as Hyrule draws in people from all over the world to enjoy the beauty of the land along with the horses and other animals and curious creatures.

The Japanese language is full of onomatopoeia, so I always assumed "Kakariko" would be pronounced like a rooster cries. The town is full of chickens after all.

I've always said it like "Kakarot" (Goku DBZ) mixed with "Cheeko" (My pet yellow cockatiel with red cheeks).

The official Japanese pronunciation of Kakariko is "kah kah ree koh" (カカリコ), for what it is worth. Would I play a demake ? My heart says yes! But my brain says no, seeing how I have not made an inch of progress in the Zelda's Adventure demake...

In BOTW they pronounce it Karariko. I always pronounced it Karariko myself so it was neat to find out if I was right or not.

I definitely would have bought this if it had been released back in 91... I mean, I was eager to buy Link's Awakening. And, this is just that but better.
