Zelda - The Movie (A Link to the Past) - 2025 Movie Trailer - Nintendo Parody

Zelda: The Movie. Following the success of the Nintendo Illumination Super Mario Bros Movie.. it's The Legend of Zelda Movie Trailer!

In celebration of the upcoming Echoes of Wisdom (starring Zelda), I set out to create this Zelda: A Link to the Past trailer. It tells the story of Link being woken by Zelda... trapped in a dungeon. Link must search Hyrule. Fight monsters like Moldaga, Mothra and the Helmasaur King. This is a SUPERFAN video. I grew up with Zelda (Link to the Past was the first videogame I completed).

The new Zelda game (Echoes of Wisdom) is due out later this year. This follows the massive success of Breath of the Wild (and it's followup Tears of the Kingdom).

This video is a fan labor of love. I tried to retell this story using current AI tech tools of today. I created this video using Midjourney, Luma AI, Runway, and Elevenlabs. There was a LOT of work that went into this Ai video. It's not as simple as clicking a mouse and getting a finished product.

This video took me over 60 hours to complete. It was BRUTAL!.

If there is enough interest in this video I'll do a "making off" feature. Right now Midjourney is the king in AI generation, Luma does a good job of animating, but Runway Gen 3 seems to be the peak (as of now).. This tech is moving so quickly!

This video was BRUTAL!
I spent about 60 hours on this!

A Link to the Past was the first game I ever completed as a kid.
Yes, this video uses AI, but Ai is a tool. You *still* have to go in and manually edit every shot, sync it, sound effects, voiceovers. music etc etc.

It's not just typing a sentence. This kind of video takes WAY more work than a my regular content!

Anyway, this was a labor of love. I'm so happy with how it turned out.

“A Link to the Past” is the game that made me fall in love with the franchise that I continue to love so dearly to this day! My only hope is that Shigeru Miyamoto somehow sees this!

A remake of ALTTP with BoTW engine with huge graphics upgrades would be amazing. I love how straightforward the story is and it's non stop adventure. I know we got ALBW but 3D classic Zelda would be fantastic.

This is my favorite so far. This actually looks like a real work in progress. Some very nice visuals. It's funny how you spent 60 hours on this and came up with something that looks more entertaining and more visually pleasing than some of the 60 bazillion dollar movies Hollywood is trying to cram down our throats these days.
