Silver Palace Dinner with Chef Hiroyuki Terada

Silver Palace located in South Miami is hands down, Chef Hiroyuki Terada's favorite place to eat. You can find him here once or twice a week enjoying a nice dinner with all his favorite dishes.

Some of the dishes ordered here include: Beef with Leek, Salt and Pepper Smelt, Lobster Ginger and Scallion, and Ying Yang Fried Rice. This place is also visited by many other asians so you know it's got to be legit.

Hello Hiro it's a small world, I grew up 2 minutes from silver palace "bent tree", We have been going there for over 25 yrs and still going even tho we are living in homestead, we knew the owner very well we were sad to hear that he passed away, we have and still are creating memories there. It really feels like home every time we visit and as you know food is incredible.

my favorite part of this wasn't the food but rather getting to see 2 friends enjoying each others company sometimes that's the thing that makes food taste better like when I eat nacho Doritos with my best friend it doesn't taste the same alone I think this is very touching and heartwarming 🙏💓

Lobster and black bean sauce and salt and pepper smelt is also my faves. Next time I will have to try the beef and chives. Chinese dishes can be so simple yet so delicious.
