I got the Aw Snap error and all the extension crashes. I cannot load settings, change accounts or do anything with Google Chrome. I disable anti-virus and reinstall chrome. Even with a fresh one I still cannot access a webpage or any settings or extension on Chrome. Everything refused to load. This just happened yesterday.

Thanks, your video sent me down the path of fixing my issue with Chrome 70. The same flag worked for the Brave Browser based on Chromium too. I had just updated to the latest security release of Windows 10 1803.
