Kakashi vs Pain has got to be the most underrated fight in the series. He figured pain out and devised a way to beat him despite being at a complete disadvantage. Naruto was able to beat pain due to the Intel Kakashi gathered in his fight. He came closer than everyone else to beating him with sheer tactics. The man is insane
