They should have given us the ability to customize armor colors from the beginning. Most of the colors of the default armors look like Pitsburg Steelers uniforms. Not apropriate for something comparable to an ODST or Starship Trooper. Space Marines (Aliens, Halo, etc.) should have grey + earth tone armor colors.

Quick note for the weapons customization part, Tier5 did talk about it a while back that the data mined list for weapon customisation is actually just the weapon parts that make up already existing weapons, they also said this is also used to make new weapons models in the actaul game engine, thought not out of the possibility to make it into a customisable menu for each weapon it's just model parts of current existing weapons - _-

Technically we already have a reskin, the scout armor in the Polar Patriots warbond. Hopefully they get creative with it like you need to achieve things while in the base armor in order to unlock them.

Dude, the cape is taking so long to come out I not only completely forgot about it but I don't even care about it anymore.
This whole 'waiting for the right time' became more of a waited too long now sort of thing. The moment was special then but that moment is way long gone now.

First day the game launched. I said we need to add our own colors to the armor.

Even if is basic colors for the accent of the armor.

I honestly hope they just give us some basic color pallets from existing armor that automatically colors it, instead of giving us full color customization. If they give us full customization, theres always gonna be those people breaking yhe immersion with bright pink and purple armor.

I suspect the reason they've not released the review bomb cape is the region lock hasn't been reverted yet, I'm betting they don't want to put that out until that's resolved

im guessing the datamine weapon customization was related to cut content in the same way pilestead talked about how helmets were supposed to have specific effects but were cut in favor of a dumbed down product to make sony's release date
