Mark Cuban is objectively wrong to say that any action taken with regard to COVID was justified because they had good intentions. First, I don't believe they had good intentions. Second, a pandemic isn't an excuse to curtail the Constitution. Third, intent behind a bad action may change the penalty for that action but it doesn't change the instantaneous consequences (e.g. if someone accidentally kills someone in a car accident, that doesn't change the fact that they've killed someone).
