Hey Code Monkey :) Really enjoy your videos! I am searching for a way to create 2D animations for a platformer looking as close as possible to 3D Animations (e.g. with rotating torso), but are still rig based. Is there such a thing?

Solutions I thought about so far are:
1. Draw multiple torso versions and exchange them when needed.
2. Do it in 3D (but I am bad at that :D)

Reason for asking this is, that I have a great artist, but she can only do a little work for me, so spritesheet animations are not an option :/
