The new BMW Remote Software Upgrade is here. (Version 21-07)

It's here, and it's our biggest upgrade ever.

Across more than 30 BMW models with Operating System 7, you can experience a broad range of new and improved features including BMW Maps, Driving Assistance, Connected Music, Driver Recognition and introducing M Sound Control as well as M Track Mode.

When the upgrade is available, you can easily download it via the My BMW App or directly with your BMW and install it right away.

Mmm only had it today… 4 months later in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 G20 march 2019 build. I hope this activates Assisted drive 3D view lane assist in Cockpit view… that was promised in previous update.

For those who still can’t upgrade, just go to local bmw dealer and tell them you have problem with connectivity of carplay or something, they will upgrade to newest version for you even before the OTA release..I’ve already on 07-21 since August

My X3 G01 was built in 2018. Although there are connected signs all over, I have no connection to my drive. 3 years and I still can not login to my BMW account. Amazed. Besides these, car driving is fun.
