Recommendation I learned using co2 lasers, mask off your work piece with blue painters tape before engraving. Will keep all the soot from covering the surface. Plus since this uses a 445nm diode, it'll help it absorb more energy from the beam

Looks like you're engraving plastic laminate. But if not your laser is engraving varnish on the wood so it's not going to give you a realistic finish versus bare wood.

My laserpecker this version u have. Whenever u using the tripod. The laser always falling. For every service. The mini tripod have no grip. Not steaRdy in the middle. Needs to be steaRdy. I see why they want u to buy the pro which is the same laser just adding motizise adjustable stand. But that's a waste of money. I throw away that small cheap tripod away and in replacement of that. I using a normal big tripod that use for ringlights..it's more steaRdy and doesn't fall down. Just the tripod can't fit in a bag but looking to get a tripod carrying case for it. THE MINI TRIPOD. I THOUGHT IT HAD RUBBERON THE BUTTON BUT IT WAS PLASTIC. SO IT SLINDS ON EVERY TABLE. SMOOTH/RUFF./WOOD/CARDBOARD. EVEN ADDING PLASTISCENE DONT HELP IT. JUST LIKE TO FALL. I ASSUME THE WEIGHT OF THE LASER MAKING IT DROP. I CANT TELL U HOW MANYTIME THIS L1 MACHINE DROP ESSPECALLY ON HIGH TABLES AND HARD CONCREATE FLOORS BECAUSE OF THAT STUPID MINI STAND. NOW I HAVE NO WORRIES WITH USING A NORMAL BIG ADJUSTABLE TRIPOD. I SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE BEGINING.

The apps borked on Samsung Note 10 Lite! The whole system doesn't work because the app crashes! Argh!
