What You Need:
• prosecco or other sparkling white wine
• Aperol
• club soda
• an orange
• ice
• wine glass

How You Do It:
1. Fill the wine glass with ice.
2. Slice an orange wedge.
3. Drop it in.
4. Add three parts prosecco to the glass.
5. Add two parts Aperol.
6. Finish with one part of club soda.
7. Give it a little stir.
8. You’ve just made an Aperol Spritz. Cheers!

I have to say I tried aperol in Italy having never tasted before and I was surprised at how bad the taste was considering the alcohol level is low
