Hmm. That’s interesting, everyone is making that way, 2 aperol, 3 Prosecco and 1 soda. Me also a whole time. here is shown, 3 2 1, I made it like is made here, funny but taste little different, less bitter, more complex and round, much smoother… mindblown o.O seems like aperol mixes better when it’s poured later. I’m surprised it changed flavour profile o.O
