What if you're trying to find the zeros of a cubic function and there are no rational zeros? I can graph it and find the values that way, but it there any way to find those algebraically?

What if the three roots are irrational roots, and the coefficient still are integers? example: 4x^2 - 3x^2 -7x - 2.
