Don't miss part 2&3!!
In these videos I share which steps were essential in creating my own brand. It's about brainstorming stage, coming up with the name, branding, social media, packaging and more! And then how to go about selling your craft and jewelry, what options do you have, what you need to consider.

You inspired me to believe that I could start silversmithing...and I did! I had my very first sale yesterday! I'm loving every minute of it. I can't stop thinking about it. I can't quit dreaming up ideas. I can't quit buying beautiful stones. My Rio Grande wish list is a mile long. I appreciate you and how you continue to inspire me and other "self taught" artists. Thank you!

I started my beginners silversmith class today and was so discouraged, I cried in the car after the 4 hour class. I go back tomorrow for another 4 hours and because of you and a couple of very uplifting girls in my class, I am going to go back, and I am determined. I guess sometimes it's not the actual teachers, but the good people on the sidelines that make you realize you are capable...i really thank you for this video! It was nothing against the teacher but I just felt rushed and so out of the moment and I had random strangers in my class of 5 people giving me hope and cheering me on. As much as I was discouraged, I was encouraged to try again.

So happy to have chanced upon your channel. Been a hobbyist for years and couldn't seem to go one step up coz of lack of supplies and space but agree it shouldn't be a hindrance and we must do of what we have.

I'm so touched. Nearly got my eyes water. I've been planning on starting a small business and I'm struggling how to begin. This is inspiring. 😊😍

I am so happy that YouTube recommended me this video. I was doing metal stamping three years ago and I had to put it on hold due to a few life inconveniences. Metal smithing has always been a passion of mine that I wanted to dip into, and I am happy to say I started Metal stamping again and I hope to one day step into metal smithing. Thank you! This is so encouraging! I've been having a crisis of self ever since I graduated from university, wondering what I want to do with my life. I've always been a crafter and I'm starting to think my dream job would be making and selling all sorts of things out of my own home! Watching you work in this video, all I can think is, "I want to do THAT." I know it wouldn't be easy, but it doesn't seem so impossible anymore.

Stardust, I really admire you. We as artist are sensitive to all that is around us. I can identify with you. I LOVE creating beauty . LOVE touching my work, LOVE fabrication and design. Stardust, we're the lucky ones, only 5 percent of the people LOVE what they do, other 95 are miserable. We 5 percent are a kindred spirit. GOD bless you and yours.

Good for you! I’m just getting back into making jewelry and am so excited to start learning some new things. I haven’t done work with metal yet, but you are also proof that it can be done. Enjoy your creative journey!

Thank you so much for this video! You are an inspiration. You show the world what can be done with curiosity, determination, passion, and tenacity. I wish every teenager in the world could watch this. I just watched it with my 17 year old daughter and told her you are a role model for what can be done when a person takes initiative.
Thanks again!
God bless you-
Jeff
