Maybe if we actually allow people to get education and training they need for these types of careers, our numbers would increase? There are way too many unnecessary financial barriers to education and job training.

As someone who works in IT industry, the problem with civilian infrastructure are companies who refuse to bring their infrastructure up to the level needed for security. Putting a high priority on IT infrastructure and expertise should be a priority over profits at this time. Unfortunately smaller businesses and small towns will respond reactively possible without power or running water.

If China is such a threat, why isn’t there polices to keep American business out of China. It seems to me like American business funds China by contracting out all our manufacturing to them.

While cyber security is important, my main concern is China bribing corrupt American politicians and knowing that the matter is being covered up.
