Sir mene home loan liya hai indian Bank se 15 lakh ka 20 years tenure interest rate 6.75% tha property value 19 lakh ki thi 4 lakh down payment Kiya hai.fluctuation interest rate hai mera RBI ke repo rate ki vajah se current interest rate 9.35% hai.pmjay ki subsidy mil gayi 2.67 lakh ki aur 2 years me sirf interest ki vajah se 48, 000 thousand capital me credit hua hai sirf 2, 25, 000 sirf interest kha Gaya bank mera.

Hello, its better if you create another video about the ROI of banks. Because, as per banks, we have 2 slabs. 1. If the loan amount is more than 50L, the ROI will be different and if the loan amount is less than 50L, the ROI is more.. it will be more than 9.4%. So prepare 1 video to differentiate this.
