Here are a couple of screwdriver options if you want to replace the DJI part. The first one I own and have used to remove and replace propeller screws. It's small and inexpensive. The second option from Klein Tools is a bit more expensive but a very good, higher-end option.

nobody says what to do when the screws are too tight, but I found the best fix.

I fixed it and I'll tell you how. I tried every method from, latex glove, rubber band, super glue, soldering the screw to the screw driver. What I ended up doing was, carefully burning the plastic around the screw with a soldering iron. I didn't burn too deep cause I didn't want to melt the thread stem. After I carefully melted the propeller plastic, I was able to grip the screw with needle nose pliers and unscrew them. No damage was done to the stems or the drone.

Good work. Direct, informative, no fluff, and the music, while unnecessary (like the music on most instructional videos), managed not to detract much from the effectiveness of the video. Again, good work, and thank you. 🙌

I've changed my original Minis props many times and this process looks pretty easy for my Mini 3. Glad DJI didn't make it more difficult. Good video.

Had to replace 2 props the other day for the first time. I like all your tips to make sure it goes well. One thing I found is the (included) screwdriver was not working well and I almost stripped the screw head. I go myself a longer different screwdriver and it worked much better.
Again, thanks for the helpful video!

Perfect instructions. Using the old screw to pilot the new screw was a great tip!

I’m a new drone pilot and damaged a blade on a wall thinking the drone would detect and stop itself, but didn’t. I replaced the blade thinking they were all the same but when I went to launch it said failure. I could find much information using Google but this video answer most of my questions, thank you!

Thanks, Steve...I've often feared doing this in the field...and still do! But great to know what I'm dealing with.

I’ve got to say DJI used some really good quality plastics for the prop blades. Mine has sustained more than a few collisions with pretty solid objects(my ham-fisted clumsiness😖)but theres no obvious damaged. Still, your advise is noted and appreciatef👍🏼🙂

I find the screws rather small/fiddley with my eyesight/glasses and hand size; I wouldn't want to replace propellors in the field. For ease/speed, and to avoid a screw cross thread, I first place a screw in the propellor, hold it there with the screwdriver while lowering the whole assembly (vertically) onto the motor shaft and then tighten.
