I have another word besides "great" you can use amazing, because you did amazing and you look amazing. You do need to make a video on how to make that broth. It sounds really delish. Maybe you can also make more videos on how to get back to eating food again slowly.

Wow, you do look really great compared to your first video! Good for you! I really want to do a fast but the juicer I have doesn't seem to work with leafy greens. (It's a centrifugal juicer) I want to purchase a Champion juicer...what kind did you use? I bet you feel amazing and alive :)

. I am going on a fast and I make two 36 ounce jars a day and drink one at 3pm and the other at 7pm What was your routeen as far as how much juice you do a day. You not only look thin but your eyes are really clear! Good on ya mate
