Here’s the yeasted version I love. Soft, fluffy, spiced just right… and yeah, I ate three 😂

Yeasted Hot Cross Buns
* 500g bread flour
* 200g milk
* 5g instant dry yeast
* 100g brown sugar
* 50g soft butter
* 10g baking salt
* 1 egg
* 60g raisins
* 60g dried cherries
* 40g freeze-dried blueberries
* 6g cinnamon
* 4g nutmeg
* 2g clove
* 2g allspice

For the crosses:
* 50g flour
* 50g water
* 10g oil
* 5g sugar
* 5g baking salt
