I think that being like- minded sometimes could be good and  bad. It is depend the situation. For instance, if you belong to a group is good to be like-minded : like- minded travelers; like-minded colleagues who are working in the same fields. However, if you are not like-minded, you can add new ideas and make new contributions which could be so important for your company, etc. Talking about the personal relationships, I think that is not good to be like-minded, as you know :  opposite charges attract each other! =).
Well is you are or not like- minded, it doesn´t matter. Enjoy the life and share the same ideas with others or learn new ones from others.!

I agree with you that when being in a team business, if the members are like-minded it's great, there are lot of advantages to grow a great business, because everyone feel really comfortable while working with people like them and the result is that the members work very effectively and so on.
And yes, it's a bit boring if our partners are like-minded like us, maybe it's indeed.
in my opinion that we wont learn something new from our partner, we just do the same things and watch our partner doing that things everyday and that's not what I like to see, I want to see something new and special in my girl.
But it's really challenging if our partner has the opposite character and hobbies, the first problem is that it's really hard and difficult to please that honey because we have to do something that's not our interests and... actually I just imagine those things because I have got a chance to experience, but I hope it will be a average one in my case, so I can have what I want but not too hard and difficult to win it.

Being like-minded is the best for everything, even more for romantic relationships, but it is very difficult to find a person who thinks like you. That is way I live alone and I have no friend.

To be likeminded between men and women is not possible. We'll never thing the same. We'll never be interested in the same things, at the same time, at the same place. Never. Impossible to be likeminded. So don't worry Shane. But, to be close likeminded is the best, and only way to be happy with a girl.

Boohoo, I don't have friends, too. But that's okay. I believe I will eventually meet good people that happen to be my friends down the pike. Even if not, it's not a tragedy to me. As I like to say, no friends, empty pockets, but full of dreams, full of determination, full of desire.
