yes, i missed the old aba with krilling can 1 shot with destructo disk, guardbreaking chidori katana, whitebeard's 10 damage m1, and rukia having a 6 second cooldown instant guardbreak.

The only thing I want back in pain is that u can combo extend with clones again cause now if u wanna extend with it u have to be frame perfect or it won't let u combo extend but to balance it out u can't use pull while that's happening

Aba just feels a lot more buggier atm. People can easily get out of combos for no reason, it feels like there's less m1 stun and just more fps drops randomly occuring.

Downslamming and using a barrage move right after to have a true combo extend while they are still in downslam animation was extremelly fun to deal with too, Gin being the prime example

This era of aba don't even seem that old, lowkey when I think of old I'm thinking when they were posting a character almost each day or week, that was a golden time. But aba now is still clean.

as a person who plays rukia a decent amount of time i am very sad i didn’t get to play when geki was unblockable

I felt like aba had a nice period during 2020 they could have fixed the game a bit around that time but then not soon after they decided to start making awakenings that would 3 stock and that's when it got out of hand for me. When they started to actually make awakenings counterable in someway but strong so they would often 2 stock. Sure balancing was still a problem but they could have fixed a lot of those problems but just decided not to.

This wasn’t too long ago but when that diavolo map was released in ranked i fucking hated it it was a sort of small map but any combo character that was bad like grimmjow or young Joseph just got destroyed Cause all the other person would do is sit on top of the bricks with dio. Not to mention how GOOD dio and doppio were then they buffed the shit out of dio for more sales then nerfed him 💀
